link report to a table

I have a database and I’ve created a report but I will be adding alot more information and would like for the report to be updated automatically so that I don’t have to add that information twice. If this can be done i would need step by step directions.

  Reports are noormally based on queries, so when you run the report it will update based on what the query returns.
