Using Word 2003SP3. I have a 400 page Administrative Manual created in Word, converted to pdf and out on our intranet (SharePoint). The Administrative Manual does use styles for the name of each policy, however it is not a Word standard style, but one I created and the style name is used to create the Table of Contents. I can convert the document from Word to pdf using Adobe (if that matters), although currently I’m using the BCP ALLPDF Converter. We would like to be able to link to various policies within this document from other sites. I thought bookmarks in the original Word document might be the answer, but they get lost when the document is converted to pdf. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you.
