Linking tor region-specific social network associated with a manufacturer

By bkarlstrom ·
I'm writing a specification for developing a database driven website that present global manufacturers of specific products or brands. On the page where I present the Brand and/or Product I wish to show links to such social network pages that are operated by the manufacturer. Manufacturers can have country or region specific social network pages. Is there a way where I can detect the location of the website visitor and automatically select the correct link to that country's or region's specific site? All I ideally want to do (take Facebook as an example) is to show a Facebook logo on my specific Brand or Product page and by clicking that it should bring the user directly to the relevant Facebook page.

Take the vehicle manufacturer Jaguar as an example. They have Facebook pages that are different for USA, Japan and UK as an example. If I were to make a presentation of Jaguar at my website I would enter all the information I want to present into a database from which the information on the page is drawn. Obviously, if I enter the link to the US Facebook site for Jaguar in the database it brings the user there but if the user is in Japan he would probably expect to get the Japanese Facebook site for Jaguar. Some manufacturers uses Facebook's Redirect feature so if I feature such a manufacturer I have no problem. But most manufacturers do not use this feature, yet. I would like to know if there is a way to avoid having to research all the locations of, say, Jaguar Facebook appearances and having to enter all of them into my database so that I can present the correct address based in the users IP address?

The common social networks I wish to have similar region specific links to are: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter
