Linux and Accton 1640 NIC

By marc ·
Anyone happen to know if Linux supports Accton's old 1640 net-card? Got one lying around, figured I'd put it to use if it worked. Any help would be great. Oh, tried there site, couldn't get on. Thanks again.

There is no mention of the 1640 at the redhat site, but you might get lucky if you try the tulip driver with it.

Have you tried using the NE2000 driver? I am running an Accton 1650 card on RH 6.1 at home using the NE2000 compatible driver.
