LINUX Ver 9

good day to all!

i have a problem on my linux redhat 9 coz i dont
know on how to make it as my proxy server. I do
encounter lots of error when i follow the
installation for Suse 8.

Please somebody can give me the steps on how to
activate my proxy server using linux redhat
version 9.

also, if you could give some idea on how to
implement my cache server using linux redhat
version 9.
