Live Update of Norton AntiVirus

In Win2K professinal operating sytem Notron Antivirus 2003 is installed. This Win2K computer login with Domain Server.Normal Domain User and local User cannot Live Update. I can’t give normal user administrative or power user rights.I have tried giving everyone rights to the NAV folder also.Any idea ??
