Load balncing (network redundancy)

In the near future our company is planning to have to ISP lines, so we need to configure a router with the load balancing option, or either bye a router with load balancing option (D-Link for example).
Now my point is, since we will have two Public Static IP-s, is it possible to assign one DNS Name for two IP-s?
What’s more, any one tested routers with load balancing? What is the experience?
