Locking Text Boxes in Outlook Form

By renee.atkinson ·
I am creating a form in outlook to send out as an email message. While it looks great on my machine and several others, on others, the text boxes (actually I used the Label box because I wanted to put lots of text and be able to return) anyway, the text boxes will shrink and the person viewing the email message can't scroll and can't see the entire text. What this is 5 days of lectures we are offering. so I have Monday: and then a label box with all the details, etc. Please help. I'll give lots and lots of points ;-). also, if you can email me immediatly if you have an answer to: mailto:renee.atkinson@mhmr.state.tx.us I'd be so ever grateful- Renee

Locking Text Boxes in Outlook Form

You may have used the resize with form option. If someone viewed the form with a lower screen resolution or smaller window size it would shrink. The problem is that you cannot scroll a label.

Try using a text box, with scroll bars turned on. Thatmay give you a better result. You can try disabling the control, but I think that may prevent a scroll.

Since you are sending this as a mail message, there is probably no real need to protect the text.

Good luck.
