Hi, everyone,
I’ve been working in the IT field for almost eight years. This is the first time I’m facing a situation like this. I am basically the only application developer in a small company of less than forty people. There are no other similar minds. It gets to be very lonely sometimes. I miss the commaraderies and collaboration.
Has anyone had any similar experiences before? How do you cope with it?
