Looking for recommendations

By MC_User ·
I'm looking for Employee Scheduling software. It needs to run on MS SQL so that it can be shared on the network.

I've looked into InTime and Visual Staff but I am not happy with MS Access and DB2 as a database.

Any recommendations for a staffof 200?

Time and Attendance?

by FluxIt In reply to Looking for recommendatio ...

I need more resolution. Are you looking for time and attendance software or are you looking for something along the lines of a Ghant charts only?

Depending on your accounting package numerous solutions and approaches are possible.

Personally,If I was running a company I would get away from time and attendance approaches and seek other type solutions. It is a organizational change more than software. Unfortunately, accountants always press for silly stuff like time and attendance. They always want that detail and control over the process.

More than just charts

Time and Attendance software would be correct. We already have ADP for payroll but scheduling the people to work various shifts is still done with paper and pencil. We need something better.
