Loss of menus and toolbars in Word 2000

I have lost all of my menus and toolbars in Microsoft Word 2000. When I open the program, all that I see is a blank, new document, but have no toolbars or menus. HELP!!! Please give any ideas ASAP. Thanks for any help.
