LOTUS NOTES and OFFICE 2000

We have several users who cannot use the Send To command in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access to send a file as an attachment. We use LOTUS NOTES as the mail client. The Interent Options are set with NOTES as the default mail program. The error message says it cannot find the file mail\username.nsf.

Any ideas for a solution?
