Lotus Notes Problem

I have a Domain Windows 2000. I have some applications made in Lotus Notes. Now I have a problem. When I install service pack 3 in the windows 2000 Professional computers I can not log on in those applications of Lotus Notes. What can I do to fix that???. I can not downgrade to Service Pack 2
