lotus notes to Exchange

Actually I have 2 questions.
1. What is the fastest least complicated way to migrate over 500 users from Lotus notes to exchange2000.
2 Can I have a lotus notes mailbox forward the mail to an exchange5.5 mailbox. Which connectors would I need? and where is the best place to get them if they are not in the exchange5.5 suite.
