M.2 slower on boot than old SSD

by crazedwolf1 . Updated 6 years, 8 months ago

So I had an SSD given to me which I was using with my operating system on it. I then bought an m.2 and copied the boot drive and some local files from the SSD to the m.2 using Macrium Reflect. Now when I boot up my pc it takes 10 times as long to load. I was wondering if I needed to go into the boot drive and change the priorites or boot sequence or maybe even do a compelte fresh install?

Thanks for the help.
