Can anyone tell me whether is it possible to install MAC OS on an intel machine??

I believe that it is impossible. Primarly, they are completely different hardware sets. Macs use RISC architecture (reduced instruction set computing) and Intel compatibles use CISC (complex instruction set computing.

Given that OSX is derived on BSD unix, I suppose you might be able to rig something by replacing the kernel with an intel derived kernel, but I'm not sure where you would even begin with that.

well i could quibble and say which mac os? anybody got unix running on intel?

The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Try it. If it will not, you will see the reason why because the machine will spell it out for you. It will not damage your intel machine if the issue is OS loading failure. Although, I believe you can install it.
