    MAC Mail Image Problem

    Hello, I have a user with MAC OSX using MAIL. I have her signature set up with an image attached in it. (.jpeg) The thing is, when she sends an email to another user using a MAC the image shows up. BUT when she sent an email to myself, using a Dell Optiplex 755, the image did not show.

    Does anyone know how to fix this compatibility issue?

      Have the user save her image as a JPG instead of JPEG and replace the one in her siggy. The JPEG format isn’t always recognized by systems which are not MAC. Some do, some don’t. It depends on what software the end user has installed.
