macro excel in pda with wm2003

I have an excel that contains macro that i use for my work (i am a civil engineer). i want it to work on my pda but pocket excel does not support macro. anyway, i was thinking i could get the code and compile it as a wm2003 application. the thing is that i do not know what software i will need. if you could tell what software i need and a basic layout of the procedure, i would be really grateful.
