Macro in Excel

Hello

How do I programme a macro to convert data of my client excel file into a format of my own excel?

The client’s excel file has sequence of columns different from my format.

And the value in the box should be change from 03-Dec to 20031203.

Pls advise. I can send sample excel files to you for reference.
