Mail form for intranet site?

I currently have about 50 users who access our intranet site daily for info, files, etc. I’m currently using 2000 server with Exchange 2000. I’ve created some basic html forms for employee requests (Support, HR changes, etc). Rather than using mailto: or using a .asp script through my ISP, I would prefer to keep it interal.

Does anyone know if exchange can be used to created an internal mail forwarding script? I.E. send mail to admin@omain.local…

Tips, advice, and links would be great…
