I am still unable to complete the mail merge. I am still receiving an error that states “An operation cannot be completed because of database engine error.” I have spoken with the IT department in the building and they are unable to get around the message as well. So I have sent an automated message to the Help Service desk and I’m still waiting for a reply. Do you have any ideas to get around this error?
