Hi All,
I don’t want to send multiple emails to the same contact and am looking for a way to combine several rows of data in a single email (I’m thinking using conditional formatting within the mail merge is easiest).
I’ve run a Business Objects report downloaded into Excel which is the data source for a Mail Merge using Word2003 as the Mail Format to edit email messages in Outlook (which is just to say, I have a Word doc pasted into Outlook for the email merge). Several of the rows in Excel have repeat contact names. I’d like to combine those several rows coming from Excel into one email.
If I can modify the Excel sheet anyway I’d like to make this happen, is there a way to use (the limited) conditional formatting in Word to make this happen?
Thanks for taking the time to read this,
