Mail Merge using Outlook 2003/Word 2002

Is there a way or a patch that will allow you to do a mail merge using Outlook 2003 and Word 2002(XP Office PRO). I get an error saying it cant Do a mail merge because Word and outlook are two different versions.

Is there a way around this?
