Mail Merge with pictures

I am trying to put together a directory from a database that will place a picture of the person with their appropriate info. I have created the db in Access 2007 and a Word doc in Word 2007. In Access I have a field set up as an Attachment field that displays the picture on an input form in Access.

Ques.1 Can I produce a report in Access that will display a 3 across then down report? Or does it only display 1 across then down?

Ques. 2 If I need to mail merge in Word, how do I get the image to show up with the other data. I can get the info but only the image file name is displayed in the Attachment field.
