Hi all

I’m looking for a way to have 2 people see the same email on two computers.

If one sends an email the other should see it in the sendbox as well.

If one moves a mail then it should be moved on the other as well

We are currently using imap but it has some problems. maby because the mailbox is about 30Gig big

We were thinking of setting up n mail server onsite. Preferably open source and then the two computers just reads of the server

*I am hosting the mail myself
*Both computers use outlook
*The site is running a clearOS server at the moment

Looking for recommendations

Will it even work?

Should we try something else?
