How do I setup Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003 so the users messages, contacts, calendars and everything else are saved on the server instead of the local HD.

I would try to map the pst. folder to the domain server. Do the user log on to a domain or local computer?

Map pst file to personal storage.

I agree with the other reply.
Map to the user's personal space. for example you could map adrive from the storage server.
That way if you are using windows 2003 you could use shadow copying for easy backups.

Exchange does this by default. That will be outlook configurations. If you have mailbox size restrictions in place you can do as the others have said and use a pst file placed on a network share. If you do not have mailbox size restrictions in place the default outlook configuration for an exchange box will maintain all of the email in the user's mailbox.
