mailto trying to display file in body=

I have a number of Mailto: links in a document (obvisously different recepients and CC’s and subjects)
(I have used hyperlink function)
all to rec’ same file – dont want attachment or link, but file is long – cant get file to display, file will alter every quarter and only want to edit one instance of it – not 15! so body= doesnt look viable! Please help this has been driving me crazy for 2 days – no programming experience – need simple answer – searches on the net fruitless!
