Main Menu Bar in Word not appearing

Hi

I had previously posted this question a while back and thank you all for the replies.The solutions really did help but all of them seem to be temporary.As soon as you apply any of the suggested fixes e.g changing the registry entry to applying the /a switch just to name a few it works for a day and after that its back to square one.Any ideas as to how to get a permanent solution.The question asked is below : Thanks again !!!!!

The main menu bar in MS-Word has completeley disappered.All you see are the mimimize,maximize,close bottons when you access MS-Word.I have tried uninstalling and re-installing MS-Office but no success.It seems to be happening only in Word and not the other MS-Office applications.I need help urgently.
