Making Excel automatically subtract

Is there a way for me to get the Excel program to automatically subtract from an entered total. For example, if I were keeping track of a 720 wigits and had a client use 10 of those 720 wigits; can the excel program automatically uptrack those 10 wigits once they are entered.
