making Outlook Calendars in Public Folders seen in Location field

Trying to support a client whom created a dozen Calendars (email enabled) in Public Folders on Exchange 2003 and they wanted to make them to be able to select in the Location field when making a Appointment and Meeting Request... It makes sense but not sure how! Is this possible? If so, how? Will these changes apply to every other user's Outllok 2003 too?

The Location field is a history field, much like the TO field. It remembers previous locations used and pops up a list to choose from, and only works on that computer. The Location field is not programmable.
