Trying to support a client whom created a dozen Calendars (email enabled) in Public Folders on Exchange 2003 and they wanted to make them to be able to select in the Location field when making a Appointment and Meeting Request… It makes sense but not sure how! Is this possible? If so, how? Will these changes apply to every other user’s Outllok 2003 too?
