Managing emails in MS Access

I currently manage emails in MS Access, this is done by 'parsing' folders to my mdb file using Message Parse from Cypress Tech and creating a pdf file of each message from Outlook with attachments, then manually linking to the relevant entry in the mdb file by OLE object.

Sometimes this manual method can be tedious and is prone to errors.

Can someone provide a Macro or script to do this at the touch of a button from either Outlook or within MS Access?
