I have a user who wants to send a word document using the file/send to option/ mail recipient. He used to be able to do this and now he gets the following message
Mapi spooler could not be started.Close and start all mail enabled applications.
He does not have a problem when doing this in Excel. He used to be able to do it in Word 97.
His settings in internet explorer are correct for programs.
Any suggestions?
