I have been offered a job doing 50% training and 50% consulting. I want to get into management soon but am not sure if this would be a good route to go. I would be able to get any certification I would like..
My question is.. would you have a problem hiring an MCT? I tend to think that MCT’s would be weaker in troubleshooting because they work only in controlled environments, but I would be consulting too so that would be uncontrolled environments..
I need some opinions.. I don’t want to be a trainer for forever, but I think it would be a nice change of paste.
