I have a dept head who shares his calendar with exec assistant. When anyone else sends him a meeting request, the tentative meeting does not show up on his calendar until one of them goes to his email inbox and at least reads the invitation. I tried making “default” a contributor, but that did not fix it. We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.
