We are currently using Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2000. When a requested attendee to a meeting responds to the request, it does not update the organisers calendar with the attendees response. The only way we have found to update this is to manually open the response e-mail.
Does anyone out there know how we can automatically update the meeting organisers calendar without opening every response? This is more of a problem as the meeting organiser in question is always scheduling meetings and receives about 200 responses a week. Any ideas would be greatfully received.
