Member server can’t log on to Domain

I actually log on…but I get an error message saying that there are no domain controllers available and an ID error: NETLOGON event: 5719. No DC available. No log on servers available to service the logon request.
I have network connectivity, On DC, DNS is working fine w/ IP static address and pointer etc of the server. No errors on the DC. All workstions…no problem.
On member server, when I open network places and domain…. not showing any computers.
I can access this member server from all workstations and DC though.
No viruses. I don’t really want to disjoin and rejoin the domain…just in case I can’t…. Been there …done that.
I ran DCDIAG on DC. It runs and terminates before I can see any results. Can’t find the log…if any

Any ideas… picking what hair out of my head that I have left
