Merging Databases in MS Access 2000

I have a database done in access and 4 stand alone PCs. This database is installed on all the 4 PCs for data entry and when the data capture is completed I would like to append all the records from the 4 PCs onto a 5th PC to have data from the 4 PCs. How do I update the record on the 5th PC with the data from the 4 PCs?
