messages sent to wrong recipient

Hi guys

I’ve been using Outlook for the past 3 months. But the last couple of weeks, if i send a message to recipient X, X will get it, but so will recipient A.
This happens even if I write an email from scratch (ie no fowards). The system appears to be free of viruses. And the mail is hosted at the ISP.
Any ideas what could be going on ?
