Microphone picking up everything

So my in-built laptop mic started to pick up my internal audio (i.e, sound from games, videos). Thought i was just a discord problem, but turns out it wasn’t. I used the windows voice recorder app while playing spotify and listening back to the recording, my music was blasted back at me with almost no static at all. Please help, after watching youtube videos, and enabling and disabling my realtek audio driver, I’ve resorted to this

Open the Volume Control Go to Advanced Options

And enable all the various Volume Controls and then turn down the Mic Volume Control to whatever you want or Mute it.

That will stop your system listening in to what is said around it and why Smart Devices should not be used in peoples homes.
