Microsof Access – Calendar appearance in a date field

Is there an option of making a calendar (like the one in the windows date and time properties or the outlook express calendar) appear in a MS Access data base form when a user is trying to type a date ?

a different option I would be happy with is an addition of a small calendar to the form, from which the user could pick a date.
