    Microsoft 365 – Outlook issue

    I am currently using Window 10 with a subscription to Microsoft 365. Outlook is version 2209 (build 15629.20208). I keep getting a message asking for my password. I have changed password with email provider and Outlook, which worked for a day, then the message popped up. I found out the basic authentication has been disabled but is there a work around or solution for this issue. My email provider (xfinity) uses IMAP.

      Click the Change button. Click the More Settings button. Select the Security tab. Deselect the “Always prompt for logon credentials” check box.
