Microsoft Access application

I am using Microsoft access 2003. I have to use access forms & access reports to design & devlop.
I got a requirement to automate documentry of 50 pages which is in word.
Each page there are some 2 or 3 blank places need to be updated (ex: Date or number or text) and remaining doc remains same in word.
All these 40 pages i need to fill it and complete it all.
This is a weekly report, so every week it has to be prepared.

I need to automate this to a system and procede this to generate as a report and printed.

Expected Solution:
By taking all the blanks on 40 pages in one form and fill those at run time, and in button click all these data has to paste in each page where ever i need to copy.

do you think this is the correct way? or let me know if there is another way?

Also i am not sure how to take this text boxes data to those documents.
At last i have to print this report.
