Microsoft Access Import/export DLL’s

Good Morning, I work for a company with over 70 000 employees and I do a lot of Data manipulation in Access. After several imports and exports I get an invalid argument error message, as far as I can see it is because an import/export dll has becomecorrupted and then I have to create a new data base to continue. What causes this, it it because of the size of the data base or is it a software problem (uninstall/reinstall)
