I’m just about to start looking into MS CRM 4.0 to run along side a helpdesk system, at this stage I dont know much about the setup (it will be a new job I start in 3 weeks time) but I wonder if anyone has knowledge of CRM and how it works with links to other apps (in general)?
I understand its a Customer Relations Management database that can store customer details and so much more…I’ve downloaded trial but not had chance to install at home yet.
