When I try to open a Microsoft word doc (office 2003)get a pop up microsoft installer and then the program opens with and error box “the feature is not currently installed would yopu like to in stall it now” Yes – No
Yes – give another error ” Microsoft word cannot install the necassary file due to windows install ‘error 1601’ ” Ok – when selected get another error “Microsoft office word has not been installed for the current user please run setup to install the application”
When trying to install the program get error message ” Microsoft office word cannot install the necassary file due to windows installer ‘error 1625’ thwe installation is forbidden by system policy” contact your sys admin
Prior to this the program was working fine until I tried Kaspersky Lav adware/virus program.
