microsoft echange

When an email is sent for some reason the same email also is listed in the outbox in microsoft echange.How can I stop this from happening.

This happens by design and cannot be changed.

As soon as you press the send button in Outlook, the email is placed in the Outbox folder until it has been sent. It is then moved to the Sent folder.

If a message is not being removed from the Outbox, you need to investigate further as this tends to indicate that the email has NOT been sent.
