Have you applied the Office Professional Service Packs?

How much memory is in this system?

Do any other applications crash in Print Preview?

There's some discussion of this on Microsoft's TechNet site, in the Knowledge Base. We've found that deleting and recreating the user's profile on the pc solves this problem (this fix is one of the recommendations on the website). However, we've had two recent instances where this didn't resolve the problem. We have latest service pack for Office2000. This was the only other solution I saw for Office2000. Let me know if you have since resolved this, as we're still looking for a better answer for the users than "retype the spreadsheet".
Thanks.

I'm having the same problem on a number of our computers. When they print or print preview Excel closes with the same message.
