when im going to open umtestphone in Windows XP client it says
” the application could not be loaded because of a configuration erro. Check to see if the cofiguration file has valid values.
system.InvalidOperationException: There is an error in XML documents (0, 0), —-> System.Xml.XmlException:Root element is missing.
at system.XML.XmlTextReaderImpl.Throw(Exception e)
at system.XML.XmlTextReaderImpl.ThrowwithoutlineInfor(String res)
at system.XML.XmlTextReaderImpl.ParaseDocumentContent()”
why i getting this kind of error when i try to open umtestphone through the client side (XP service pack 2)
