Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 – Setup

I just need a good resource for initial setup of Exchange Server 2003.

Every document I’ve been able to locate has gone over so many things that I do not need that it confuses me to no end. I have also been through the “Deployment Guide” which was no help at all.

I’m not MIGRATING or UPGRADING or any of this nonsense. Just a clean install and setup of Exchange 2003.

If anyone would care to lay down some help for me, point me in a helpful direction, or point me toward some books I should buy, I would be most grateful.
