Microsoft Mail Deletions

I will be upgrading my NT servers in the first quarter; however, right now I am using Microsoft Mail for my in-house email. The folder the postoffice is in is full. What can I delete to get space back?

I have over 700MB of files in the pub folder under folders. Can I delete any of these files and which ones?
